Revit IFC Mapping

Generate the TXT file to Export User Defined Properties to IFC.

By default, Revit only export the standard properties to IFC. In order to include user defined property sets to IFC, you must reference a mapping file in the IFC export settings. This is also required when exporting IFC+SG property sets.

Generate custom IFC Mapping

Upload an Excel mapping file following the CORENET-X Industry Mapping file format, and we will convert it to the required TXT file for Revit IFC export.

To use Revit Property Name, in the excel file, add a new column with the header Revit Property Name and fill it with the Revit property names you want to use. Refer to this example.
